​With 35 years of full-time experience, Williams is a respected local and national leader of the highest caliber. He has served on the national board of WEDGuild and the American Disc Jockey Association. He has authored three books for the wedding industry on business management and ethical standards. He is a keynote speaker, member of the National Speakers Association and has spoke at nearly every major national conference serving the wedding industry from WeddingMBA to the National Association of Catering & Events (N.A.C.E.). Williams is the owner of The Reno Tahoe DJ Company.

Shirley Lockett
For more than 40 years, Shirley Lockett has served the Northern Nevada area as the premier producer of some of the most popular shows and expos in the area (Reno Boat, Sport & RV Show – Home & Garden Show – Off-Road Expo – Reno Pet Show). Her Bridal & Beauty Expo and Grand Bridal Showcase are recognized as the most popular annual wedding shows in Northern Nevada. With an impeccable reputation, she has secured her place as one of the most respected show producers in the nation. As the past editor-in-chief of Northern Nevada’s Premier Bride Magazine – she has built solid long-term relationships with an overwhelming majority of the area’s premier wedding vendors.
Advisory Board Members
The Northern Nevada Bridal Association is a privately owned Wedding Organization serving Northern Nevada. The Operations Officers listed above are responsible to handle the day-to-day operations of the organization. The Advisory Board Members serve at the pleasure of the Operations Officers in a non-compensated capacity and offer valuable insight, critical thinking, feedback and analysis that is valuable to the Operations Officers. Their role is crucial to be the eyes and ears of our members and wedding community. Besides being an advisory partner, each member offers a speciality that is beneficial to the association that offers a bridge to facilitate and coordinate efforts crucial to the successful operations of the organization.
